In the world of Follower Technique Ochos are a giant subject!!

Come join me for this all-levels 2 hour workshop just on Pivots and Ochos (forward & backward in different forms).

We will cover: Spiral mechanics and essential alignment, Balance while pivoting, where we gather energy from for pivoting, 3 different Ocho forms, Open vs close-embrace Ochos.

Finally we will look at the Focho (or false Ocho) and how we can turn this ugly duck into a beautiful swan :)
